1. What kind of products do you sell?
We sell digital journaling pages, planners, and printables that we design (and use) ourselves. These are pages meant to be used for everyday planning, tracking, and journaling, whether you prefer to print them out or use them digitally.
2. How will I receive my order?
All of our products are delivered as digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to download your files right away from your order page, and you will also receive an email with a download link.
3. Are these physical products?
No, we do not ship physical items. Everything in our shop is digital, which means there is nothing to mail and no waiting for delivery. You can download your files and start using them as soon as you are ready.
4. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because our products are digital files, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds once the files have been delivered. If you have trouble accessing a file or something does not look right, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
5. Can I print the pages or use them digitally?
You can use the pages either way. Many customers like to print them at home, while others use them on a tablet with a note taking app. Each product listing includes information about how the files are formatted so you know what will work best for you.
6. Am I allowed to print the pages more than once?
Yes, you can print the pages as many times as you need for your own personal use. We just ask that the files are not shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
7. Who is behind Nosji?
Nosji is run by two sisters (Dee and Val) who enjoy journaling, planning, and creating pages that fit into real life. We design everything ourselves and add new pages as we go based on what we actually use and need. We also share our journaling on our social pages, where you can journal along with us, see how we use the pages, and get ideas for your own journaling.
