<p>Make your weight loss journey visual and fun with our Weight Loss Challenge tracker! We created this winding path design because weight loss isn&#8217;t a straight line, it&#8217;s a journey with ups and downs, and this tracker celebrates every step forward. Color in each square as you lose weight and watch yourself progress along the path from start to finish. There&#8217;s something really motivating about seeing that colored path grow longer!</p>



<p>Fill in your start date, start weight, and goal weight, then divide your total weight loss goal by 30 to figure out how much each square represents. Maybe each square is half a pound, one pound, or whatever makes sense for your goal. Color in a square each time you hit that milestone. The visual progress keeps you motivated even when the scale isn&#8217;t moving as fast as you&#8217;d like, because you can see how far you&#8217;ve already come!</p>
