We made this tracker because there’s something really cool about experiencing different states through the eyes of authors who write about them. It’s like a literary road trip without leaving your couch – and way cheaper than actual travel!
Challenge yourself to read a book set in or written by an author from each of the 50 states. Write down the book title next to each state as you complete it. You’ll discover new authors, learn about different regions and cultures, and probably add a bunch of places to your actual travel bucket list too. Some states will be easy (looking at you, New York and California), while others might take some creative searching, but that’s part of the fun!
