5. Refund policy

Refunds are not issued for:

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on memberships.

  • You may cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Once a refund is issued, membership access is immediately revoked
  • Access to membership-only content is removed upon refund

This guarantee:

  • Applies to memberships only
  • Does not apply to individual digital product purchases
  • May be limited in cases of abuse or repeated refund requests

After the first 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

6. Compatibility & user responsibility

Our digital products are provided in common formats such as PDF and PNG.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your device supports these file types
  • You have the necessary software to open and use the files

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, app, operating system, printer, or accessibility tool.
